§ 1201.702. ACTION AGAINST CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY OR LICENSE.
Official statutory text
The commissioner may suspend or revoke the certificate of authority or license of an insurer or agent who wilfully violates this chapter or an order of the commissioner made under this chapter.
