§ 228.258. IMPACT OF PREMIUM TAX CREDIT ON INSURANCE RATEMAKING.

Official statutory text

A certified investor is not required to reduce the amount of premium tax included by the investor in connection with ratemaking for an insurance contract written in this state because of a reduction in the investor's Texas premium tax derived from premium tax credits granted under this chapter.
