§ 38.407. CERTAIN ENTITIES NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DATA.
Official statutory text
Any sponsor or administrator of a health benefit plan subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. Section 1001 et seq.) may elect or decline to participate in or submit data to the center for inclusion in the database as consistent with federal law.
