§ 38.452. ESTABLISHMENT OF HEALTH IMPACT, COST, AND COVERAGE ANALYSIS PROGRAM.

The center shall establish the Health Impact, Cost, and Coverage Analysis Program to prepare analyses of legislative documents that would impose new mandates on health benefit plan issuers or administrators in this state.
