§ 424.057. INVESTMENT RECORDS.
Official statutory text
An insurer shall maintain investment records covering each transaction. The insurer must be able to demonstrate at all times to the department that the insurer's investments are within the limitations imposed by the statutes listed in Section 424.056(a).
