§ 425.106. INVESTMENT RECORDS; DEMONSTRATION OF COMPLIANCE.
Official statutory text
An insurance company shall maintain investment records covering each transaction. The company must be able to demonstrate at all times that the company's investments are within the limitations imposed by this subchapter.
