§ 804.302. MAILING PROCESS.

Official statutory text

The secretary of state shall mail one copy of process in the proceeding served on the secretary of state under Section 804.301 to the defendant in a court proceeding or to whom the process in an administrative proceeding is addressed or directed, at the person's or entity's last known home office or principal place of business.
