§ 823.051. REGISTRATION BY INSURER REQUIRED.

(a) Each insurer authorized to engage in the business of insurance in this state that is a member of an insurance holding company system shall register with the commissioner. The insurer shall register not later than the 15th day after the date the insurer becomes subject to registration under this subchapter.
