§ 843.317. EXCLUSION OF PHYSICIAN OR PROVIDER BASED ON AFFILIATION WITH HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION PROHIBITED.

Official statutory text

A physician, health care provider, group of physicians or health care providers, or health care facility or institution may not exclude a physician or provider from staff privileges or a facility or institution solely because the physician or provider is associated with a health maintenance organization that holds a certificate of authority under this chapter.
