§ 882.557. DOMESTIC STOCK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY; APPROVAL OF PLAN BY SHAREHOLDERS.

On notice of approval of a proposed plan under Section 882.555, the board of directors of each domestic stock life insurance company that is a party to the plan shall submit the plan for approval to the company's shareholders in the manner provided by Section 824.003.
