§ 882.560. EFFECTIVE DATE OF MERGER OR CONSOLIDATION.

Official statutory text

A merger or consolidation takes effect on the later of:

(1) the date of issuance of the certificate of merger or consolidation; or

(2) a date specified in the plan of merger or consolidation.
