§ 882.602. AMENDMENT TO CHARTER OR ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION REQUIRED.

Official statutory text

If the policyholders of a mutual life insurance company authorize a conversion under Section 882.601, the board of directors and officers of the company shall amend the company's charter or articles of incorporation to comply with the requirements applicable to a stock legal reserve life insurance company under Chapter 841.
