The commissioner shall require that a stipulated premium company have securities of the class and character required by Sections 425.203-425.228 in the amount of the reserve liability computed for the company under Section 884.454 less any deficiency reserve under Section 884.453 after all the debts and claims against the company and the minimum capital required by this chapter have been applied.
