§ 885.059. LOCATION OF MEETINGS OF SUPREME GOVERNING BODY.

(a) A domestic fraternal benefit society may provide that its supreme governing body may hold meetings in any state, district, province, or territory in which the society has a lodge.
(b) All business transacted at a meeting authorized under Subsection (a) is as valid in all respects as if the meeting were held in this state.
