§ 888.201. UNAUTHORIZED PROVIDING OF BURIAL OR FUNERAL BENEFITS.
Official statutory text
An individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or association may not engage in the business of providing burial or funeral benefits payable partly or wholly in merchandise or services unless the individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or association is authorized to engage in that business by this chapter, Chapter 886, Chapter 887, or another law.
