§ 912.152. POLICY FORMS.
Official statutory text
(a) A county mutual insurance company is subject to:
(1) Sections 1952.051-1952.055;
(2) Subchapter H, Chapter 1952;
(3) Subchapter B, Chapter 2002;
(4) Chapter 2301; and
(5) Articles 5.06 and 5.35.
(b) County mutual insurance companies shall file policy forms under Subchapter B, Chapter 2301, or continue to use the standard policy forms and endorsements promulgated under former Articles 5.06 and 5.35 on notification to the commissioner in writing in the manner prescribed by those articles that those forms will continue to be used.
(1) Sections 1952.051-1952.055;
(2) Subchapter H, Chapter 1952;
(3) Subchapter B, Chapter 2002;
(4) Chapter 2301; and
(5) Articles 5.06 and 5.35.
