§ 961.002. APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAWS.

(a) The Texas Nonprofit Corporation Law as described by Section 1.008, Business Organizations Code, applies to a nonprofit legal services corporation to the extent provided by this chapter.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 643 (S.B. 1623), Sec. 17(2), eff. September 1, 2019.
