§ 982.004. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF FOREIGN OR ALIEN INSURANCE COMPANIES.
Official statutory text
(a) Each foreign insurance company shall file with the department a statement in the form required by Section 982.101 or 982.102 not later than March 1 of each year.
(b) Each authorized alien insurance company shall file with the department a financial statement in the form required by Section 982.252 not later than March 1 of each year.
