§ 51.0351. PRELIMINARY ORDER FINAL IF HEARING NOT REQUESTED.
Official statutory text
If the person does not request a hearing to appeal a preliminary determination order within the period prescribed by Section 51.035, the order becomes the final order of the commission for all purposes, and the person is not entitled to judicial review of the order under this subchapter.
