§ 214.011. PLUMBING INSPECTOR.

Official statutory text

(a) If a municipality does not have a special charter that provides for an inspector of plumbing, the governing body of the municipality may appoint an inspector of plumbing for a term fixed by the governing body.

(b) The same individual may serve as plumbing inspector and municipal engineer.
