§ 231.082. CONFLICT WITH OTHER ACTION.

If an ordinance adopted under this subchapter conflicts with an action of a special-purpose district or authority that owns the lake or reservoir or an action of a municipality that applies to a lake area in the county, the municipal or special-purpose district action controls to the extent of the conflict.
