§ 281.079. PAID BONDS AND COUPONS.
Official statutory text
When a bond, interest coupon, note, or warrant of the authority is paid, it shall be delivered to the authority or destroyed. If a bond, coupon, note, or warrant is destroyed, evidence of the destruction shall be furnished to the board.
