§ 351.083. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES IN COUNTY PARKS.
Official statutory text
The department shall provide law enforcement services within the county parks of the county and, in a county that borders the Gulf of Mexico, in the unincorporated areas of the county that are located on an island or isthmus.
