§ 361.024. FINANCING OF JUSTICE CENTER.

Official statutory text

The governing body of the municipality or county in this state that makes the contract may finance its share of the construction, operation, management, or other financing costs of the justice center by any means, including the use of available federal funds, that the governing body may use to finance the type of facilities that the municipality or county will use in or provide to the center.
