§ 111.403. CORPORATION POWERS.

In addition to the general powers conferred to a private corporation, a well wastewater corporation may acquire, own, and operate a ditch, canal, pipeline, levee, or reservoir, and an associated appliance as appropriate to gather, impound, or store well wastewater and to protect a reservoir from inflow or damage by surface water.
