§ 133.084. RECOVERY OF COSTS.
Official statutory text
A person responsible for a quarry or pit is liable to the state for customary, ordinary, and reasonable costs incurred by the department in undertaking corrective or enforcement action under this chapter and for court costs and attorney's fees.
