§ 141.074. FURNISHING LISTS OF LAND TO OTHER AGENCIES.

Before advertising land for lease, the commissioner shall furnish a list of the tracts considered by the board for lease to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the commission, and any other state or federal agency that might have information that would be beneficial to the board in its determination of terms and conditions of the proposed lease.
