§ 161.284. APPRAISAL AND TITLE.
Official statutory text
The board shall have an appraisal of the property made as it considers necessary to determine the value and, before consummating the purchase, shall satisfy itself regarding the title as provided in Section 161.214 of this code. The board may by rule require an on-site meeting between the appraiser and the veteran.
