§ 162.004. INVESTMENTS OF CERTAIN MONEY IN THE VETERANS' HOUSING ASSISTANCE FUND.

Money in the fund that is not immediately committed to the payment of principal and interest on bonds issued by the board to provide money for the fund, the making of home mortgage loans as provided by this chapter, or the payment of expenses as provided by this chapter may be invested in investments authorized for the veterans land fund.
