§ 85.250. CHANGING AMOUNT, PARTIES, AND SURETIES.

On a motion and for good cause shown, and after notice to the parties, the court periodically may:
(1) increase or decrease the amount of the bond;
(2) add new beneficiaries; and
(3) require new and additional sureties that the facts may justify.
