§ 86.143. TEST REPORTS.

(a) Verified reports of the tests to determine deliverability and pressure shall be filed with the commission within a time period after the end of the test period as set by the commission.
(b) The reports are a public record. They shall be kept on file with the commission for a period of time determined by the commission and shall be open to the inspection and examination of the public.
