§ 1101.459. DENIAL OF LICENSE RENEWAL.
Official statutory text
(a) The commission may deny the renewal of a license under this chapter if the applicant is in violation of a commission order.
(b) The denial of a license renewal is subject to the same provisions as are applicable under Section 1101.364 to the denial of a license.
