§ 1103.101. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

(a) The administrator of the Texas Real Estate Commission shall serve as executive director.

(b) The board may delegate to the executive director the responsibility for administering this chapter and Chapter 1104, including the approval of consent orders and agreements.
