§ 115.003. APPLICABILITY TO VOLUNTEER HEALTH PRACTITIONERS.

This chapter applies to volunteer health practitioners who are registered with the system administered by the department under Section 115.005 and who provide health or veterinary services in this state for a host entity while an emergency declaration is in effect.
