§ 160.054. REPORT NOT EVIDENCE.
Official statutory text
In the trial of an action against a physician based on the physician's conduct in providing or failing to provide a medical or health care service, a report or other information submitted to the board under this subchapter and the fact that the report or information has been submitted to the board may not be offered in evidence or used in any manner.
