§ 162.154. FURNISHING OF DATA TO HEALTH CARE ENTITY.

Not later than the 15th business day after the date the board receives a request for the data, the board shall make available to a health care entity or its designated credentials verification organization all core credentials data it collects on a physician, including any correction, update, or modification of that data, if authorized by the physician.
