§ 351.508. RECUSAL REQUIRED.

Official statutory text

A member of the board who reviews and investigates a complaint under Section 351.2036(c) or participates in an informal settlement conference under Section 351.507 may not vote on any disciplinary action following the informal settlement conference concerning the complaint and shall recuse himself or herself from voting on any disciplinary action following the informal settlement conference concerning the complaint.
