§ 503.052. COUNSELOR INTERN.

This chapter does not apply to an activity or service of a student, intern, or trainee in counseling pursuing a course of study in counseling in a regionally accredited institution of higher education or training institution if:
(1) the activity or service is a part of the supervised course of study; and
(2) the person is designated as a "counselor intern."
