§ 504.053. FEES; ACCOUNT.
Official statutory text
(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall set application, examination, license renewal, and other fees in amounts sufficient to cover the costs of administering this chapter. The fees for the issuance or renewal of a license under this chapter shall be set in amounts designed to allow the department to recover from the license holders all of the direct and indirect costs to the department in administering and enforcing this chapter.
