§ 505.306. PROHIBITED USE OF SPECIALTY AREA IDENTIFICATION OR TITLE.

If the executive council establishes a specialty area of social work, a social worker may not use the specialty area identification or title designated by the executive council unless the person is recognized as qualified for the practice of the specialty area under this chapter.
