§ 556.106. FILING WITH DISTRICT COURT.

(a) A judge who issues a warrant under this chapter shall attach to the warrant:
(1) a copy of the return; and
(2) the papers filed in connection with the warrant.
(b) The judge shall file the copy of the return and the papers with the clerk of the district court with jurisdiction of the area in which the inspection was conducted.
