§ 605.056. PRESIDING OFFICER.
Official statutory text
The presiding officer of the commission, with the commission's approval, shall designate a member of the advisory board to serve as the presiding officer of the advisory board for a term of two years. The presiding officer of the advisory board may vote on any matter before the advisory board.
