§ 651.3035. MORTUARY COLLEGE CREDIT FOR PROVISIONAL LICENSE PROGRAM.

Official statutory text

(a) A funeral directing or embalming case completed for credit while attending an accredited mortuary school or college may serve as credit toward the provisional license holder program.

(b) A mortuary school or college may designate a funeral director or embalmer who is supervising a provisional license holder under Section 651.303 as a clinical instructor for the provisional license holder.
