§ 13.006. LEASE OF LANDS.
Official statutory text
(a) The department may lease any land and improvements it holds to a city, county, special district, nonprofit organization, or political subdivision. The leased area may not be referred to as a state facility, and no state funds may be used to operate or maintain a property leased under this section.
