§ 47.019. EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE.

Official statutory text

(a) Any vessel operating in the exclusive economic zone that lands fish, shrimp, crabs, or other aquatic organisms in this state is required to be licensed and registered as provided by Chapters 47 and 77 of this code.

(b) The commission may adopt regulations for vessels in the exclusive economic zone that land fish, shrimp, crabs, or other aquatic organisms in this state.
