§ 47.040. REFUSAL TO SHOW LICENSE.
Official statutory text
A person who is engaging in any act for which a license or permit is required by this chapter and who fails or refuses upon request to show the required license or permit to a game warden, other peace officer, or officer of the court commits an offense.
