§ 78.101. CRAB LICENSE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
Official statutory text
To promote efficiency and economic stability in the crabbing industry and to conserve economically important crab resources, the department shall implement a crab license management program in accordance with proclamations adopted by the commission under Chapter 61 and this subchapter.
