§ 81.006. TAKING OR POSSESSING SPECIES FROM WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS.
Official statutory text
No person may take or attempt to take or possess any wildlife or fish from a wildlife management area except in the manner and during the times permitted by the department under Subchapter E of this chapter.
