§ 1001.253. ELECTION RESULTS.

Official statutory text

If a majority of the votes in an election favor the proposition to discontinue service under this subchapter, the district is relieved of the duty to provide medical and hospital care to the indigent and needy residents of the area receiving services in Randall County and shall cease providing the services.
