§ 1010.204. BOND ELECTION.
Official statutory text
(a) The district may not issue bonds unless the bonds are authorized by a majority of the district voters voting at an election held for that purpose.
(b) A proposition to authorize the issuance of district bonds may be submitted at any district election.
